Thermal fuse was located directly behind the stove. I took off a couple of metal panels and the fuse was right there. It's a gas stove and had lost all electricity to the main display board after running self clean cycle, I was still able to use the gas burners up top but the oven stayed locked and lost all power. I know the part says thermostat but if you read the description it's a thermal fuse. Easy fix and the part got me back in business.
