Ordered the replacement parts and crossed my fingers. Watched the video provided by AppliancePartsPros.com Proceeded to remove the old agitator. Removed the cap, the bolt, old washplate. Cleaned up and replaced with all new parts. Didn't realize the new bolt I purchased came with a washer so now I have a spare. Wasn't too difficult at all. Started with a small load, just in case, didn't want to have to hand wring and rinse another load if it didn't work. Everything worked fine and I am back in business. Hoping this part lasts 11 years like the original one.
