Nicholas S Little Falls , NY February 07, 2021 Loud rumble during spin cycle in front load washer. I fixed this problem in august of 2020 by replacing the bearings, but the problem occurred 2 months later. I got new bearings again, took the machine apart again, and changed the bearings again. Upon reassembly, I noticed a lot of wear on the shaft of the drum. I then ordered a new spider arm assembly, replaced it, and reassembled the machine. It's working great now, quiet and smooth. If you're going to go through the effort of dissassembling the whole machine to change the bearings, I would strongly recommend that you change the spider arm assembly to get a new shaft also.
