Frederick T Ortonville , MI December 22, 2019 The lower heating element of our 57 year old GE oven had dropped down and shorted out against the floor of the oven it was open by about an inch and so it was definitely inoperative I replaced the shorted-out element with the new element that I ordered from Appliance Parts Pros.
