Jean M Eden Prairie , MN July 04, 2015 Lower heating elements in both ovens of double oven stopped working The double oven was quite old and I couldn't find the correct replacement part for the lower heating element. I called the Help line and they submitted a Research ticket to figure which part would fit. A couple of days later I got an email with a link. I ordered only one heating element because I wanted to be sure it would fit before ordering the 2nd one. We got it and installed it and it was the correct part so a 2nd part was ordered. Help from the site allowed us to inexpensively repair our broken appliance. We are so thankful we didn't need to replace the entire double oven. Great team work by AppliancePartsPros.com.
