I watched a video. Then looked to see why there was not water getting in the lower icemaker. Instead it was spraying out the back of the fridge onto the floor every time the thing cycled. Found that the water supply tube in the lower freezer was jammed full of ice. The tube heater wasn't working. Ordered the replacement heater from Appliance Parts Pros. Super easy to order and it got here in a few days. Watched the video on how to and just did it. Piece of cake. Loved that the video was detailed and easy to understand.
