Did internet search for cause and came to appliance parts pro website. Watched various videos and figured out what a cause could be. Waited for my brother to make sure I had the right diagnosis. He came a month later ( a week before Christmas. No way was I washing dishes for 5 people) and thought I should order the spray arm as well as the Spray arm support. The diagrams make it super easy to get the correct parts. Ordered at 8pm Wednesday night and had the part 10am Friday. Wow could believe the fast service. Took about 2 minutes to insert the new parts. Thank you so much for the great service.
