Looked on website at WONDERFUL repair videos and saw how easy the fix was. The very detailed How To instructions for the roller replacement as well as the drum bearing replacement provided the information needed to save spending over $400 for a new dryer. The new dryer would not have had the current models features either. The parts came two days after ordering and within an hour or less the dryer was running like new.
