Joe D North Royalton , OH November 03, 2014 Main computor board was sending out f1 and f4 errors wash cycles kept interrupting Disassembled washer to get an image of board and texted it to CSR Michael. Part number did not match but Michael reassured me that it was the correct part. I ordered the part on 10/29. It arrived on 10/31; shipped regular ground. Swapped out the board on 11/1, took about 1 hour. Washer is operating like new! Wife is very pleased! Thanks for the excellent customer service and turn around time.
