But...
I want to take a second to recognize the gentleman that helped me on the phone. He was very friendly, knowledgable, patient, and helpful. Good customer service is a rarity these days, but it seems like you guys have your act together. I loved being able to talk to a normal dude about my issue. After dealing with whirlpool, I was expecting to dial your number and get connected to a call center in India where customer service takes you through a bunch of bullshit steps to identify your problem (did you pay your gas bill, is your gas on ect ect). I felt like I was talking to a neighbor or buddy. The part was expensive, but after the stellar service I received; I didn't bother scouting for a better price. I hope I don't have to fix an appliance any time soon, but if I do: your getting my business.
