I disassembled the tub removed the tub split the outer tub removed the bearings replaced them and reassembled. Videos were helpful as this is listed as a difficult repair. Ordering parts was extremely easy. The sales rep was able to verify parts for my model with a system that allows them to make sure your getting the correct parts. Very satisfied with this company. Parts came directly from LG. I will use them again.
