This was a first for me. That is repairing a washing machine. Approx every five years this valve fails on our Maytag washer. The first time I paid an appliance repair company to do it. So I had insight into the problem. The part is expensive and when I researched it on your website and saw the video on how to do it I decided to take on the challenge. I followed the video step by step and double and tripled check each step. It took some time but the results were very satisfying. The repair worked, my wife calls me her hero, and I have the confidence of taking on the unknown. Thanks for the video because that what showed me it was possible.
