Replacing this hub was easy and fixed the issue. There are instructional videos on how to do it. I did not have to take the entire washer apart to get to this part. Remove one bolt and take agitator plate off. Remove the safety clip. Six screws and the hub comes off. Lift the drum a little and replace the hub. Bolt everything back down and run a reset cycle. Working perfectly now.
