Read a bit to find causes. Came across the AppliancePartsPros website and saw the video on how to replace suspension rods and what it would solve. The repair wasn’t difficult so I decided to try for myself and order replacement rods.
Took about half-hour, maybe less and the issue is solved. Ran 4 loads right away and had no unbalanced loads. Looked at the old rods and 1 was a little rusted and not like the others, so it was the one causing my problems.
Thanks for the helpful step-by-step video AppliancePartsPros.
