I got online and watched YouTube videos to determine it was the pump & filter and then had the good fortune to go to AppliancePartsPros.com to purchase the replacement. I chose them because they had the best price, but right on the page where I ordered the pump is their video showing exactly how to replace the pump. The pump was shipped the day I bought it and delivered two days later. I watched the video on the AppliancePartsPros.com website showing exactly how to replace the part and in a very short time the washer was fixed and has now run many loads just like it did when it was new.
