I was getting the F20 error code on every other load and the fabric softener side of the dispenser was no longer filling with water. I tried cleaning out the screens on the inlet valve but it did not help.
I ordered the inlet valve on Monday and it arrived on Tuesday. However it was broken upon arrival. I spoke with Jeana via the customer service chat and explained the situation. She ordered a replacement that evening and it arrived Thursday. This one was not broken
After replacing the inlet water valve (and cleaning the top of the dispenser) the water pressure was greatly increased and I no longer got an error code.
