Had a problem determining which part I needed. Spoke with Tiffany and she was very helpful picking the right part. Ordered the part online and had it in my hands two days later. Noticed on their website that someone else had a similar problem and the company had shown directions on how to repair the problem. I have a little bit of mechanical know-how and a couple of tools, so I thought I'd give it a shot. Took some photos as I disassembled just in case I had a problem remembering where things went. Repair was fairly simple and took about an hour. Would definitely order from Appliance Parts Pros again.
