After review of the Appliance parts.com website, I identified the potential need to not only change the dryer belt (which is what my husband suspected as the issue) but also to swap out the drum support rollers. I ordered the following: 2 drum support rollers, belt, belt tension pulley, 2 dryer roller axles and 2 tumbler bearing kits. After a couple of hours, my husband replaced the 2 drum support rollers, belt and belt tension pulley using the support videos on the website.
