I removed the bottom of the microwave oven and verified that there was power to the turntable motor when the microwave was operating. I ordered a motor from AppliancePartsPros.com along with a bulb and filter which also needed to be replaced. I received the parts in a day and a day after that, I replaced the motor and the turntable now operates normally.
