Bay calling ApplianceParts. I had been waiting for 5 months for Repair Clinic to send me the part.
This place was recommended directly by Whirlpool. I was getting the run-around for all those 5 months and they kept telling me the part was in back order and changed the shipping date continuously. Finally, after not getting a straight answer I looked for the part and found it in Appliance Parts. Within the week I received it and the washer is finally running smoothly.
