I was moving my washer and dryer on to a platform when the washer slipped and the drawer came out and broke. I was going to surprise my wife with this new setup. I order the parts I needed late on Wednesday and they were delivered early on Saturday. I watched their self help video on how to replace the parts and it was very helpful. My wife came home on Sunday and was surprised and pleased with the new setup. I had to admit I broke the drawer but it was all fixed. Happy ending.
