Joshua B Robinson , IL October 25, 2016 Nd The drain pump was making a very strange noise and I pulled the washer apart and found that the impeller had come loose on the shaft and was free spinning 90% of the time. I bought a drain pump off of AppliancePartsPros and had the new one within a day since I live in Illinois and they shipped from Illinois. Installed the new part and it works better than ever!
