Ordered parts from your wonderful company; parts arrived two days later via FedEx (excellent transit time to Maine, BTW). Spent two minutes disassembling washer, per your fantastic "how-to" video, a minute to replace the suspension spring, two minutes to replace the lid switch, ten minutes to do a quick clean up of the inside (while I was right there), and two minutes to reassemble. Loaded laundry and VOILA! just like new. You guys ROCK!! Thank you so much; I will definitely be back and I will absolutely recommend you.My only regret is that I can only give you a five star rating
