I found the repair videos on your website and watched them. They described the problem we were having and gave helpful demonstration of how to fix the washing machine. I ordered the parts and then played the video while repairing the washer. I’m so happy I found your sight. The washer is running great. I was going to buy a new one but not now! Yay!
