Took it apart and researched what was wrong with it. We had already replaced the belt so we knew how to take it apart. When it was apart we noticed that the drum was not aligning with the front and rear areas where they seal. after removing the drum we noticed that the rear seal was worn out and the two drum rollers were not operating properly. One was wallowed out where the bearing surface was gone and the other one was barely turning. It was almost stuck. We ordered the parts by 2:00 pm and we had them by 12 noon the next day. Unbelievable. We were expecting a little longer than the 1.7 day average quoted on your web site. Thank you and I will be using you for any appliance parts needs.
