Researched and ordered new pump. Pump arrived expeditiously! Tore washer apart to get at old pump. Removed old pump, installed new pump, easy. Put rest of washer together (hate the door boot spring install). Replaced the dispenser right before I put the top back on. There was no way I was having Sears out to do the work after my less than satisfactory dealings with them on my oven repairs. I had basically been this far into the washer when I replaced the door boot previously so I knew what I was getting into.
