After some quick googling around, I examined the seal which looked old and cracked. I bought a new seal from AppliancePartsPros and also bought a new center seal (there are two seals in this dishwasher... news to me!).
I watched the video on the web site and was able to install the new seal in like five minutes! Super easy and much less expensive than calling out a repairman!
