I replaced the ignitor--works fine. The replacement part arrived in good time. When I removed the part from the packaging and set it on the counter the igniter shattered. I called AppliancePartsPro and explained what happened; they shipped a new one immediately. That one also arrived quickly. I installed it--on the wrong side of the bracket--and it shattered. This was my screw-up all the way. I callled back and bought another. When it arrived it took about 15 minutes to install the part (correctly this time). I've purchased parts from AppliancePartsPros a few times over the past couple of years. They've been great to do business with every time.
