Tim P Sykesville , MD December 04, 2015 Oven burner would not turn on because the igniter was not lighting up Replaced the igniter. Super easy and now the oven works perfectly. Also replaced the temperature sensor (which was even easier) while I was in there since the oven is at least 17 years old. The oven is a Whirlpool and the parts appeared to be Whirlpool OEM parts so everything fit perfectly and the plugs on the wires could be used. The parts also come with heat resistant ceramic wire nuts so they can be used with other brand ovens where the plugs on the wires don't fit. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
