I ordered these parts on Friday and we received them by Saturday. We replaced the element in less than 30 minutes and it worked perfectly. Super easy. We just unplugged the oven, pulled of the bottom cover and replaced the element and put it back together. It was just in time to cook for the super bowl too.
Turns out I did not need the terminal block so I am looking to return it.
