I watched the video about what could need replacing, noticed that the ignitor did not glow when the oven was turned on. So I replaced the igniter. The only trick was to re-use the wire ends and connectors from the old unit. I then connected those wire-ends to the new unit using the supplied wire nuts. With the connectors, I could easily re-attach to existing stove electrical connections. The wires don't move and are otherwise insulated so I don't see this as an issue. Took about 15 minutes to get it out and 15 to put the new one back in. I actually did this on two separate days. In the mean-time I could still use the range-top for cooking. Probably I could have even still used the broiler since that has a different ignitor.
