Turned on the oven and noted that there was no nice orange glow from the igniter.
Order a new igniter and the part arrived in 2 days.
Since this was the second time, I knew all of the pit falls. Biggest issue was when the oven was purchased, the screw for the igniter was stripped. I had re-tap it for a slightly larger screw. So, a slight modification to one of the holes and it went in fine.
Watch the video. There are some good tips. On my model oven, the door does not come off so easily. Just a little workaround.
