I assumed (correctly) that it might need a new igniter. Purchased the igniter from you with prompt delivery. Found You Tube directions online and they were great. However there were two screws in the back that were very hard to loosen, remove and reinstall. The bottom of the oven blocks one of the screws and I had to carefully "bend" the bottom of the oven get that screw in. Once the igniter was in place and power turned back on, the oven works great.
