On Amazon, found link to this 'partner' website for AppliancePartsPros.com. They had a Broan replacement and enough info to assure me it was a direct replacement and it was. Impressed with that product knowledge. Got emails confirming order and notice of FEDEX shipping. Some confusion on FEDEX delivery, but an email to AppliacePartsPros was responded to very quickly and problem resolved.
