On testing the circuit, I determined that there was an issue with the igniter. Upon ordering a new igniter, there was no circuit out of the box. I called the technical expert and walked me through verifying that the new part was broken and suggested other tests to verify that the igniter was the only problem. Upon verification of receiving a defective part, a new one was delivered the next day which worked.
The customer service experience took less than 20 min total and was clear, informative, and took me quickly to the correct solution. While you obviously wish to have the correct part immediately, this was the best service I have encountered in many years and has won a significant amount of customer loyalty going forward.
