Went to your website. Easily identified both problems. Watched videos on how to fix. Ordered parts. Paid a little extra to expedite and received them in 2 days. Installed parts supplied and bingo! everything works fine now. The reason I indicate 15-30 minutes to repair was because I include the time it took me to get oven out from between counters and put back after repair. Actual time to install new parts was less than 15 minutes. Will never go anywhere else in the future to repair appliances. Also, I had never, ever tried repairing an appliance before. Always paid a repairman. This cost hundreds less.
