James K Vermillion , SD January 22, 2017 Appliance: Model SAMSUNG FE-R300SW/XAA Oven would reach desired temperature then not maintain that temperature First check was the resistance of the temp sensor. This is simple--pull the rear panel, disconnect the connector and use an ohm meter on the two leads. Once I saw this was good, I ordered the PCB. Received the PCB a couple days later and replaced it. Simple replacement; took maybe 15 minutes with nothing more than a Phillips-head screwdriver.
