After I diagnosed the problem (by taking apart the front of the dryer), I put it back together because we could still use the dryer, it just made a terrible noise. I called Appliance Parts Pros and ordered the blower wheel and retaining clips. They arrived in two days. I took apart the front of the dryer, removed the broken wheel and replaced it with the new wheel. It works great and is not making a terrible noise anymore!
