We ordered a new lid and received it the next day!! Couldn't believe how fast it came. Ordering was easy through my on-line chat with your company rep. I'm sorry I forgot his name. The lid was very easy to replace - just the removal of a few star head screws, slide the old lid off the hinges, slide the new one on, and tighten the screws back up. One of the hinges was rusty so probably should have replaced that as well, but didn't. Only wish the white lid wasn't $85.00 more than a black one.
