Jim Y Woodbridge , VA November 25, 2016 Appliance: Whirlpool Washer WTW7800XW0 Whirlpool Washer Wtw7800xw0: Plastic frame on glass lid of whirlpool cabrio washer cracked. How to replace Washer Lid. Opened broken lid and removed the two screws on both sides of the plastic frame. Lifted the lid out of the holders. Placed new lid into holders (with lid open) and replaced the screws. Finished! Requires Torx screwdriver which are popular and in most homes. Amazed how fast the lid arrived via FedEx (had indicated to ship via standard shipping) and it took two days as I ordered on a Saturday and they shipped on the next working day, Monday and it arrived Tuesday.
