The total repair took about 20 minutes. I am very pleased with the response from AppliancePartsPros.com. The diagrams help me identify the part needed and the parts always fit. I also used AppliancePartsPros.com to repair an LG dryer last year. I am thrilled with the service and will use it again if something else happens....which seems inevitable!
