When the washing machine stopped working, I took off the back panel and noticed that there was not much there since it is shaft driven. I took off the rotor assembly where I noticed that the plastic teeth were stripped. I found this company's website were they had a instructional video of how to replace it. Very simple. One bolt. The replacement rotor assembly had a metal sleeve instead of plastic that the factory original had. Received order in 2 days, installed it in less than 5 minutes and now it works like a champ..... Also, AppliancePartsPros had the best price....
