First I watched the repair video on your web-site, which was awesome. Pulled fridge away from wall, unplugged from electrical outlet, turned off water. Followed the video's instructions to the letter. The string I used was the kind used by building contractors or those setting fishing lines. Used Gorilla tape to affix the string to the hose. Found it was difficult to get hose through the door tubing hole. My son inserted the string into the tubing and pushed it the entire length of the tubing out the other end. Then tapes it to the end with the spout. The hose went through the hole and trough the door with ease since there was no tape on that end of the hose. No problems after that alteration from the video description. Thanks for the repair video it was very helpful.
