Great service and help at a great price. I am 64 years old and have never encounter a company that gave me such value, expert advise along with great service. Your company represents the USA spirit. My microwave was broken and I called a repair company. They came out and diagnosed the problem for $70 and would call later with the part cost. They called and the cost of the part and installation was $140. I went to your wed site and received good advise. I ordered the part you suggested and installed the part per your instructions. Problem fixed for $3.22. Also ordered a water filter for almost half the retail cost for my refrigerator. I also ordered another part for my refrigerator and with your advise I installed it total cost 16 dollars and some change. Your company saved me probably at least $300 plus and you inspired me to do it myself. Thanks again for saving me money and lifting me up.
