Melissa H Knoxville , TN August 01, 2016 We had a power surge during a storm and the burners worked but the stove did not We contacted you guys and said it just needed a new control board for 179.95. We got it rather quickly about 3 business days. We finally had the opportunity to fix it and once we figured out how to get to the control board. The rest went rather smoothly. The hardest part was unplugging the things from the old control board carefully and plug them into the new control board without breaking anything.
