Remove the top and you will find the Tech Notes to help you diagnose the problem. I put the machine into diagnostic mode by pushing the more time, less time, more time, less time buttons in quick secession. I got E6 indicator and no beep when I opened/closed the door. Ordered the part and watched the video. The part arrived quickly and the repair was easy. My blower duct was attached differently than the one in the video but that was easy to figure out (just a couple of screws). The video made all the difference and saved me a bunch of cash!!!
