Daniel P Virginia Beach , VA August 10, 2020 Appliance: Model MFI2569VEQ1--WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR Problem was same as other have experienced and reported on the website which made diagnosing the problem a cinch. No cooling; control panel power out; internal light working Ordered the Hight Voltage Control Board and removed and replace the faulty one. Part was shipped that day and I paid for overnight delivery. Part arrived about 3:00 PM the next day. Solved the problem and it's been working fine for about a week. Good experience all around. Biggest problem was lining up the the holes to reattach the cover plate ;-) Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
