Rick*hammond H Linton , IN February 19, 2018 We had problems with the control knobs not working We had to replace timer earlier because plastic shaft was rounded off and knob couldn't turn shaft then insert wouldn't stay in knob. We replaced knobs working good got knobs inserts and new timer from Appliance Parts Pros Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
