12 year old Amana dishwasher. Dependable! But wasn't getting dishes as clean as in the past. Decided it would be less expensive to replace worn parts, than to buy new. Proved to be a good decision! Replaced, drain pump, filter, all 3 arms, the docking station and the door latch. Noticed a couple of things right off the bat: easy to recognize which part you wanted in their website. Good advice in the reviews. Great videos on how to accomplish repairs and when it came to installing the parts, it was like playing with tinker toys. Some great engineering! Had to get on chat line about putting a part in, quick and positive response. I was on and off in under 5 mins. This is the place to buy appliance parts and it is really, really simple to DIY. I am enthusiastic, as I recognize good service, its rarity and its expense - I want to be sure that they and you know it works and I love doing business with them!
