Kathryn J Port Orchard , WA June 23, 2014 Rack carrier was broken Ordered the rack adjuster assembly...shipped quickly...wished it had come with more complete instructions for installation, but I figured it out. Glad I had the right six-sided star screw head to remove the original screws, or it would have meant a trip to the hardware store. Installed mostly easily with a little tweaking for the tension spring. Now, I don't have to life and drag the upper basket to fill it...all done!
